These plastic bags have reinforced plastic handles attached to the top of the bag. Available in a wide range of sizes in varying gauges of
biodegradable polythene. Printed flexographically in one to six colours, delivery in three to four weeks from passed artwork with a minimum quantity of 1,000 to 50,000 depending on size and product.

Because of the printing process, four colour process printing can be done but needs a run of 10000 plus, to work out economically with the cost of stereos and cost of printing. Furthermore, with stereos being charged on a mm2 area basis, we tend to recommend against solid colour bags or large areas of ink coverage. Clearly these can be done, but considering the bag as a cheaper alternative, it makes sense to move towards one or two colours with up to 50% coverage on face of bag. For quoting purposes, we also need to know whether your image is to be one or two sides. We have a wide range of coloured plastics to work on as a base, but beware of selecting a print colour that will cover the base properly

In the plastic industry sizes are usually given in inches on width x height x gusset basis, the two most popular sizes are 14x18x3mm and the most economical 15x18x3mm. Other sizes are available so its worth enquiring and seeing if we can offer you a solution.

This product is dearer than the patch handle bags but has a better feel and looks a quality product
